Dr. Valentina Giovannoli is an Executive Director at Wimmer Family Office, a London‑based single‑family office focused on CTAs, ETFs, and global real estate development. She leads equity and debt real estate investment strategies across the UK, Europe, and the United States. Alongside this, she heads fundraising at the merchant bank Wimmer Financial for late‑stage private equity firms—particularly Series C and growth rounds—in sectors such as the space economy, technology, fintech, and healthcare, and provides debt facilities to mining and energy companies.

She previously served as Head of Investor Relations for platforms including GRI Club, advising family offices, ultra‑high‑net‑worth individuals, and alternative investors on fund strategies and co‑investment opportunities.

Valentina is committed to advancing women in finance and actively supports emerging female professionals. She recently joined THE REAL mental health foundation as an Ally, contributing to a network of more than 300 women driving impact in mental health.

She holds a PhD in Comparative Literature from the University of Rome “Roma Tre,” with research appointments at Moscow State University and Saint Petersburg State University, and an MBA in Communication Management. Valentina has also been invited as an adjunct lecturer at Roma Tre University and as a guest lecturer at LUISS Business School. She is currently pursuing the CAIA certification.
