Biography
Hideo Tamura is a senior staff writer & special commentary writer for the Sankei Shimbun. Upon graduating from Waseda University School of Political Science and Economics, Mr. Tamura joined The Nihon Keizai Shinbun (Japan Economics Newspaper). He had served as a Washington correspondent, Senior Fellow of the Asia Foundation, the Hong Kong Branch Director, the Editorial Commission, and the President of the European and American Studies Association, the Japan Center for Economic Research. In 2006, Mr. Tamura has transferred to Sankei Shimbun.
