Nadia is a NED, C-Suite Mentor and Change Management Consultant.

With more than 20 years of experience, Nadia has not only occupied C-Suite roles but also mentored others to launch their business as well as more mature set-ups to move towards transformation and growth.

After serving as CEO for an international service provider, Nadia established her own firm in 2018, (Nadia-pace.com) to help companies set themselves up for growth, whilst providing business advisory services that include: strategic growth plans, board directorships, internal reorganization and mentoring of executive leaders. Nadia is a member of the Institute of Directors UK, where she is completing the Chartered Director Program. Nadia is also a certified NLP Master Practitioner.
