Cristina Madriaga is the Founder of Kathryn Luxury Flowers and the former CEO of RC Manpower Ltd., where she built a strong reputation for empowering individuals and uplifting communities through purposeful business. With a background in industrial engineering, Cristina has spent her career building ventures from the ground up, guided by a vision to create lasting impact.
She is also the founder of Grow and Glow Ltd., a manpower company that builds on the legacy of her first agency while expanding its reach internationally. Unlike RC Manpower, which operated solely in Malta, Grow and Glow collaborates with companies across Europe and around the world—connecting people with meaningful employment and growth opportunities across borders.
