Christina Eirini Karvouna is an entrepreneur, business strategist, and advocate for women’s leadership and sustainable development. She is the Founder and Managing Director of NEFINIA, an international consulting and development organization operating across the United Arab Emirates, the Netherlands, and Greece, where she also leads INFINITY, the group’s Greek-based company.

With a background in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering, Christina has built a distinguished career at the intersection of innovation, entrepreneurship, leadership, diplomacy, and organizational development. She has worked extensively with businesses, public institutions, academic organizations, and NGOs, leading strategic initiatives and international projects that foster economic growth, social impact, and cross-border collaboration.

Under the umbrella of NEFINIA, she established the NEFINIA Academy, dedicated to leadership development and professional education, and WINgate, a flagship initiative advancing women’s empowerment, entrepreneurship, mentorship, and global networking. Through these platforms, she actively promotes inclusive leadership and creates opportunities for women to thrive in business, innovation, and decision-making roles.

Christina is also the Founder and President of the European Institute for Diplomacy and Policy (EIDP), promoting international cooperation, cultural diplomacy, education, and sustainable development.
