Erlin Veronica operates at the intersection of capital, technology, and strategic growth – leading technology-driven investments, scaling enterprises, and creating long-term value across regional and global markets through WGS Ventures, Indonesia’s publicly listed venture capital firm. Working closely with global funds, institutional partners, and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) investors, her focus spans the full investment lifecycle, from fundraising and structuring to growth acceleration, strategic expansion, and IPO readiness.

Her approach goes beyond deploying capital. She designs and executes strategic transactions, M&A initiatives, and investment structures that strengthen valuation, optimize efficiency, and allocate risk with precision. Collaborating with founders, shareholders, and international investors, she helps build resilient, future-focused businesses through disciplined governance, execution, and sustainable long-term growth.

As Chairwoman of the AI Robotics Association, Erlin is actively engaged in
advancing emerging technologies across artificial intelligence, robotics,
cybersecurity, and digital infrastructure, including data centers and next-generation IT ecosystems. Alongside her investment activities, she develops cross-border commercial partnerships and international trade channels that connect Indonesia with regional and global markets, strengthening its position within the evolving digital economy.

Erlin is also deeply committed to sustainability and impact-driven development working across green technology, waste management, and environmentally responsible infrastructure to create meaningful long-term social and economic value. Through her role at the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN), she collaborates with government leaders and international stakeholders to advance Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) and foster strategic global partnerships with key business hubs, including Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
