Dustin Jones is a globally recognized HR executive, best-selling author, and international speaker known for pioneering a people-first, diplomacy-driven approach to leadership. With over 25 years of experience across industries, including manufacturing, telecommunications, and hospitality, Dustin has earned a reputation as a transformational leader who bridges traditional leadership practices with the evolving needs of today’s workforce.
As Chief Human Resources Officer of the prestigious Dallas Country Club and founder of EncompassHR, LLC, she leads with the belief that diplomacy is not weakness, it is the highest form of strategic influence. Her work empowers organizations to build cultures grounded in clarity, connection, and trust, while navigating change with integrity and intention.

Dustin holds a Master of Arts in Communications from Grand Canyon University, a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from California State University San Marcos, and a Management Certification from Southern Methodist University. She is an active member of SHRM, DallasHR, CMAA, and the VFW Auxiliary in Frisco, Texas.
