Dustin’s signature keynote, The Power of Diplomacy: Leadership That Inspires, draws from her best-selling book of the same name. Through compelling storytelling and actionable insights, she reveals how leaders can build influence without force, foster authentic relationships, and lead through conflict with emotional intelligence and purpose.
She has delivered impactful presentations at global and national conferences and stages including, Creative Women Platform (United Nations, NYC), SIGEF (Malta), the Club Management Association of America, and HRSouthwest to highlight a few.
Dustin holds a Master of Arts in Communications from Grand Canyon University, a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from California State University San Marcos, and a Management Certification from Southern Methodist University. She is an active member of SHRM, DallasHR, CMAA, and the VFW Auxiliary in Frisco, Texas.
